Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes online orders don't go to plan, so we are happy to work with you on returns, refunds and exchanges. Here's a few simple guidelines:

  • Please email us at brooke@shopbrookelindsay.com ASAP if you plan to return something. Items returned within 14 days are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit less return shipping charges. Items returned between 15-30 days will receive a store credit less return shipping charges  We will respond ASAP, issue a Return Authorization and email you a return label.
  • Return unused product (in original packaging please) using the return label provided. We cannot be responsible for it until it reaches us.
  • Once received and inspected, we will either: a) issue a refund less the return shipping charges; b) send your requested exchange item ASAP; or c) issue you a store credit. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products or jewelry
